AUSTIN, TEXAS (December 8, 2017) The Dependable RELO team participated in the Soldiers of America Toy Drive with the nonprofit organization Celebration of Love on December 6. We supplied two tractor trailers to support the event, manned by the Round Rock team of Warehouse Manager Dennis Wise, Independent Contractor Ricky Soliz, and Helpers Adolf Montoya and Curtis Levis.
“We are honored to support the military service members in our community,” said Chris Torres, Round Rock Operations Manager. “We enjoy helping Santa deliver memorable Christmases to their families, and this would not be possible without the generosity of our caring team members.”
In our fourth year supporting this event, the crew helped load and deliver over 350 bicycles and 3,000 bags of toys from Austin, Texas to Fort Hood. These toys will be given to the children of soldiers serving our nation overseas during the Christmas holiday.
